Charity on best behaviour for champion breakfast at Chewton Glen

Champion Behaviours were hosted by Andrew Stembridge, Managing Director of the Chewton Glen on April 22, at the luxury country hotel for a brainstorming meeting and ideas forum on how to raise funds and reach greater numbers of kids in the local area.

The meeting was attended by local business leaders to discuss how the charity can raise their profile and funds to continue their work in the local community. PJ Stevens the founder of the charity thanked Ashley Overton (Ancasta), James Tetley (BDO), Michelle Harris (Tenon), Dan Stride (Twisted7.com), Dan Turville (Cortex Solutions), Alex Carnegie (Compass Magazine) and of course Andrew Stembridge for their time and contribution to the meeting.

The charity is well known for it's Solent Swim and this year's date is soon to be confirmed with a record turnout expected. The charity aims to raise £50,000 through events this year to maximise the help it can give to the local community but still really needs your help.

are offering you a fabulous chance to help Champs and have an incredible experience. They have given us a Hospitality Day on one of their Luxury Powerboats to sell on behalf of Champs to raise funds. Their luxury Sunseeker is normally chartered for a variety of hospitality and fun days out by private individuals and corporate clients, whether for a family day out, a day at Cowes Week or as a celebration.

Subject to availability, a day with Solent Marine Events, on a luxury powerboat, will retail for £350-400 plus VAT per head for TEN Guests, and includes fuel, mooring, Champagne, soft drinks and lunch onboard. If you'd like to live the high life for a day with friends and colleagues and help Champs raise thousands of pounds through the generosity of Solent Marine Events, then please do get in touch.

2012 Pedalo Charity Challenge

In July 2012, PJ will pedalo round the Isle of Wight to raise money and awareness for Champs Charity. This 60 mile trip will be a tough challenge and test PJ’s champion behaviours to the limit and probably beyond it.
